Our Pledge

  • Your order will be prepared the very next day and shipped on the same day to ensure our carrier’s arrival within 48 to 72 hours after your purchase if the merchandise is in stock. If desired, clients may specify their preferred delivery date.
  • All orders are prepared in the morning and expedited in the afternoon (unless otherwise specified). They are then sent to the Delivery department the same evening in order to be delivered the following day.
  • The time lapse between placing your order and receiving your delivery is consequently 48 to 72 hours for all orders delivered in the province of Québec.
  • Anniversary, birthday, thank you gifts: Please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone in a case of urgency.
  • We may, on an exceptional basis, prepare a special order during the day even though it needs to also be delivered the next day. Contact us by email or telephone to discuss this possibility.

Clear and speedy answers to show our attentiveness and availability

Our team prepares all orders meticulously in well adapted packaging.

Nonetheless, if one or more items are damaged in transport by our external service provider, we undertake to re-ship the products to you or reimburse you either partially or fully.

In case of absence, the carrier will leave a notice of arrival in the mailbox indicating where the addressee may collect the goods.
